1. Returns
You have 14  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened ,in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including: 

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Final sale / clearance items
• All 3d Printed items as they are printed on demand.
• Free gift / promotional items.

3. Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• If a refund is issued, the cost of Initial shipping & packaging costs will be deducted. 

4. Non-Returnable Items
Typically, personalized, print on demand and 3d printed items cannot be returned.
